Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Kitchen Bitch Seasoning (or salt)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
For the Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes:
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter option)
1 clove garlic, minced
Kitchen Bitch Seasoning (or salt) to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Cream Sauce:
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bitch Seasoning (or salt)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: a pinch of nutmeg for added depth
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes:
Boil the cauliflower florets and diced potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 12-15 minutes.
Drain well and return to the pot. Add butter, heavy cream, garlic, Kitchen Bitch Seasoning, and black pepper.
Mash until smooth and creamy using a potato masher or an immersion blender. Cover and set aside.
2. Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the steak bites with smoked paprika, Kitchen Bitch Seasoning, and black pepper.
Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until seared and cooked to your desired doneness.
Add minced garlic during the last minute of cooking, stirring to coat the steak bites. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Make the Cream Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Kitchen Bitch Seasoning, black pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg if desired.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Assemble the Dish:
Spoon the cauliflower mashed potatoes onto each plate.
Top with steak bites and drizzle generously with the cream sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Enjoy this hearty, elegant dish that’s perfect for a cozy dinner! 🍴✨
