  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bitch Seasoning (or salt)

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

For the Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter option)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Kitchen Bitch Seasoning (or salt) to taste

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Cream Sauce:

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bitch Seasoning (or salt)

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: a pinch of nutmeg for added depth

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes:

  • Boil the cauliflower florets and diced potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 12-15 minutes.

  • Drain well and return to the pot. Add butter, heavy cream, garlic, Kitchen Bitch Seasoning, and black pepper.

  • Mash until smooth and creamy using a potato masher or an immersion blender. Cover and set aside.

2. Cook the Steak Bites:

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Season the steak bites with smoked paprika, Kitchen Bitch Seasoning, and black pepper.

  • Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until seared and cooked to your desired doneness.

  • Add minced garlic during the last minute of cooking, stirring to coat the steak bites. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. Make the Cream Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Kitchen Bitch Seasoning, black pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg if desired.

  • Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.

4. Assemble the Dish:

  • Spoon the cauliflower mashed potatoes onto each plate.

  • Top with steak bites and drizzle generously with the cream sauce.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Enjoy this hearty, elegant dish that’s perfect for a cozy dinner! 🍴✨
